The Institute
The Sin to Synergy Institute delivers the Sin to Synergy programmes. It is the delivery arm of SALIGIA Professional Development Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14827111. The legal notice gives the full company details.
Where the framework comes from
The Sin to Synergy framework maps seven dysfunctions, rooted in the classical seven deadly sins, to seven learnable skills and seven professional archetypes. It is the product of some twenty years of practitioner research.
It is set out in full in the parent book, Sin to Synergy: The Seven Deadly Skills, and developed in fourteen companion books: seven on the skills, seven on the dysfunctions. The framework explains its architecture; Publications describes the body of work.
How the programmes are delivered
Every programme is delivered in person, by Institute-trained facilitators: in Cambridge, or at an organisation’s own site where a programme is commissioned. Each programme draws its sessions, sequence and assessment directly from the framework.
Where to start
- La Soglia — for the founder approaching a first significant sale.
- Perspettiva — one to one, for the practitioner developing their own practice.
- Condotta — one to one, for those leading within institutions they did not build.
- Opus Synergiae and Cursus Synergiae — the flagship programmes, for organisations and open cohorts.
- MERIDIAN, FIDUCIARY and SITUS — single-day experiences of the framework.
- The Synergy Score — a reading of how you have been working recently.
Fees for every programme are on the Fees page. For anything else, write to Ingressus@sintosynergy.com.
