These terms govern your use of this website, operated by SALIGIA Professional Development Ltd, trading as the Sin to Synergy Institute ("we", "us", "the Institute"). By using this site, you accept these terms.
This website describes the Sin to Synergy framework, its books and papers, and the programmes, simulations and commissions delivered by the Institute. Some programmes, and the discovery call, can be bought directly through the site. Most commissioned work is agreed separately and directly with us, by email or written proposal.
When you pay through this site you are buying from SALIGIA Professional Development Ltd. Payments are processed by SumUp. Prices are in pounds sterling; we are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
Your right to cancel. If you are buying as an individual rather than for a business, you may cancel within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. If you have asked us to start within those 14 days and then cancel, we will refund the price less a proportionate amount for what has already been provided. To cancel, email Ingressus@sintosynergy.com.
After the 14 days. Before your programme starts, fees are not refunded, but you may transfer your place once, free of charge, to a later cohort or to another cohort of the same programme running at the same time. If no cohort is available to transfer to within twelve months of your original start date, we refund your fee in full. Once your programme has started, fees are not refundable except as set out above.
If we cancel or postpone. If we have to cancel or postpone a programme, you may choose a full refund or a place in a later cohort.
The discovery call. If you cancel the £100 discovery call before it takes place, we will refund it in full. If you buy a programme within three months of the call, the £100 is credited in full against its fee.
Places bought by organisations. Where an organisation buys a place, for example a Sponsored place, the 14-day right for individuals does not apply; our written proposal or agreement applies, and otherwise the terms above from “After the 14 days”.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.
The Sin to Synergy framework, the SALIGIA model, the text, structure, and content of this website, and the books, papers, and programme materials it describes are the intellectual property of Glen Horn and SALIGIA Professional Development Ltd, unless otherwise stated. You may read and reference this material for your own personal or professional interest, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit it without our written permission.
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, particularly around pricing, programme structure, and availability. However, programmes evolve, and details described here may change before they are formally agreed with you. Where anything on this site conflicts with a written agreement or proposal we send you directly, the direct agreement takes precedence.
This site may link to external resources, including Google Fonts and, where relevant, third-party research or citation sources. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites we link to.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
