This policy explains how the Sin to Synergy Institute, operated by SALIGIA Professional Development Ltd, handles information when you visit this website. We have kept our data collection to what is genuinely necessary, and this policy reflects that in plain terms.

This website does not use cookies and does not run analytics or tracking scripts. It does not send us personal information automatically: anything we receive from you, you send yourself, by email. We do not gather names, email addresses, or browsing behaviour from visitors.
Two third-party services are loaded by this site. Google Fonts displays the typefaces on these pages. The La Soglia participant workbook also loads its programme code (React and Babel) from cdnjs, a public code library run by Cloudflare; Cloudflare’s privacy policy describes how it handles those requests. Loading a web font or a code library means your device makes a direct request to that provider, which necessarily transmits your IP address as part of that request. We do not control what those providers do with that data. You can find Google's own account of this in their privacy policy.
When you complete the Synergy Score on this website, your name and results are saved in your own browser, on your own device, so that you can return to them later. They are not sent to us. You can remove them at any time by clearing your browser’s stored data for this site.
You can keep a copy of your results as a PDF, or email them to yourself. Both happen on your device; nothing passes through us.
If you choose “Send to the Institute”, your own email app opens a message to Synergyscore@sintosynergy.com containing your name, your results and anything you add. On the La Soglia version of the Synergy Score, the message goes to Lasoglia@sintosynergy.com instead, so that it reaches us with your application. Nothing is sent unless you send that message. If you do, we use it to reply to you personally and, if you wish, to talk about your development. We keep it for as long as is reasonably necessary for that purpose, we do not share it, and we will not add you to any mailing list without asking you separately. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
If you take part in La Soglia, the participant workbook and the Practitioner Picture save what you write in your own browser, on your own device, in the same way as the Synergy Score. Nothing you write in them is sent to us. Your workbook may include the names of people you have spoken to; it stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
Because everything is kept in your browser, clearing your browser’s stored data, or changing device or browser, removes it from view. The workbook lets you export a copy as a file and import it again; the Practitioner Picture can be saved as a PDF. Those copies are yours, and we never receive them unless you send them to us.
If you pay for a programme or a discovery call through one of our SumUp payment links, on this website or in an email from us, the payment is processed by SumUp. SumUp handles your card details; we do not see or store them. We receive your name, email address and confirmation of payment, and use them to arrange what you have bought and to keep our accounts. SumUp’s privacy notice explains how it handles your information.
If you email us — for example, to enquire about a programme or commission a service — we will hold that correspondence and any information you choose to share in it (such as your name, organisation, and contact details) for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where a business relationship follows, to deliver that work. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how it is used. Since this website itself does not send us personal information, these rights are most relevant to correspondence you have sent us directly, including any Synergy Score results you have chosen to send. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
We may update this policy from time to time as the website or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
