Every tier of the Sin to Synergy fee structure is designed around measurable development outcomes. From the first programme to full organisational commission — each level of investment unlocks a corresponding level of transformation.
Direct, Sponsored, Commissioned describe who initiates and pays — the programme itself is identical in every case: same content, same delivery. Direct: you enrol and pay for yourself. Sponsored: your organisation pays for your place, but you remain the sole participant and the relationship is still with you. Commissioned: an organisation engages the programme for a group of its own people at once, at a committed-volume rate — the minimum group size varies by programme.
Individual skill development, delivered in person. Facilitation fee structure applies to cohort delivery; per-person rates are all-inclusive.
Full programme. Sixteen weeks, eight fortnightly sessions. All materials, Synergy Score, cohort sessions, Practitioner Picture.
